About Us

At the Listuguj Vocational Training Centre, we understand that learning is lifelong and are committed to providing educational and training opportunities for adults to assist them in their learning journey.

Our students come from various communities in Mi’gmaq’i, the MRC of Avignon, and Northern New Brunswick. We serve the Mi’gmaq, French and English linguistic groups and our language of instruction is English.

In partnership with the Listuguj Mi’gmaq Development Centre (LMDC), we work to help students remove barriers to learning. We offer a friendly, supportive, and welcoming environment where relationship building and connections are essential.

Our aim is to assist students in gaining the skills needed to find employment in their chosen area of study upon graduation, and we take great pride in seeing our former students working and advancing their careers in the local community.
